Today my name was drawn for the Nike Run Club’s monthly drawing to win a free pair of shoes!
I picked out the Air Structure Triax 10+.
They provide more support to prevent over pronation, although I think my problem is supenation (Ya like that Kris? Intrepenate that!)

Can’t wait to take them out for a spin now!

Seeing the encore presentation of Spirit of the Marathon in an hour. I can’t wait, its such a cool film!
